HUAWEI Philippines’ latest release is for those who want a smartphone with a big battery but don’t want to break the bank.
The HUAWEI nova Y73 has a 6,620mAh silicon-carbon battery. HUAWEI claims it can last for up to 1.4 days of offline video playback, 2.6 days of music streaming, and 2.2 days of continuous calling.

While the webpage and online listing didn’t reveal the processor used, external sources confirm that it’s HUAWEI’s own Kirin 710A. A dated chip paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of non-expandable storage.
A 90Hz 6.67-inch IPS screen is on the front, which settles for only HD+ resolution.

For the cameras, we have a 50-megapixel main shooter and an 8-megapixel one for selfies.
HUAWEI also highlights its IP64-rated dust and water resistance and the X button on the top left that serves as a dedicated shortcut button for chosen commands.

The HUAWEI nova Y73 has an SRP of Php9,999 in the Philippines. It’s available on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and HUAWEI Experience Stores nationwide. You can also pay a 30% down payment on Home Credit to get a free HUAWEI Band worth Php2,399.
