RedMagic has officially unveiled its new flagship smartphone series, the RedMagic 11 Pro, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. However, the surprise of the event was the company’s bold move into a new product category: gaming laptops.

Alongside the new phones, RedMagic introduced the RedMagic Gaming Laptop 16 Pro 2026. This high-performance machine is expected to be called the Titan 16 Pro 2026 when it is released internationally.

The laptop’s most notable feature is its top-tier graphics power. The highest configuration available will include the yet-to-be-released Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card, paired with an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor. According to test data shared by the company, this hardware combination is designed to run almost all modern games smoothly at 1440p resolution with maximum visual settings enabled.

For buyers seeking other options, RedMagic is offering two additional configurations. Both of these also use the same Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX CPU but step down to different graphics cards. The base model comes with an Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti, while a mid-tier option features the RTX 5080.

To manage the heat generated by such powerful components, RedMagic is using its “Magic Cooling Architecture 2.0.” The company claims this updated system provides better airflow than its previous designs and includes three active fans to keep temperatures under control during intense gaming sessions.

The laptop features a 16-inch display with a 2560 by 1600 pixel resolution. The screen boasts a very fast 300 Hz refresh rate for smooth motion, a typical brightness of 500 nits, and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It also includes DC dimming, a feature intended to reduce eye strain.

Other key specifications include a large 99 Wh battery that supports 100-watt USB-C Power Delivery charging, and the latest Thunderbolt 5 connectivity with an 80 Gbps data transfer speed.

The new laptop comes with a premium price tag. In China, the base model with the RTX 5070 Ti starts at 14,999 CNY(~Php123,000). The top-end model with the RTX 5090 is priced at 27,999 CNY(~Php230,000).
