Apple Fitness+ expands to more countries, including the Philippines, right in time for your New Year’s Resolution.
The Apple Fitness+ is perfect for those who prefer working out at home due to schedule limitations or if you want to save money from gym memberships and trainers.
You work out with real trainers on the screen, while seeing your workout data on the side taken from your Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3. You can create custom plans and get personalized recommendations for activities.
It has 12 workout types, from Strength training, HIIT to Yoga. Meditation is here too. Apple said they add new sessions every week, which last from 5 to 45 minutes, so you don’t get bored.

The app features professional trainers like Emily Fayette, Jhon Gonzalez, Dice Iida-Klein, and Anja Garcia. It is also heavily integrated with Apple Music, as it can play the right track to match your workout and tempo.
You can use Apple Fitness+ on an iPhone 8 or later with iOS 16.1. You can also use it with an iPhone, iPad Air, iPad Pro, and iPad Mini with iPadOS 16.1 or Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K with tvOS 16.1.

The Apple Fitness+ is available in the Philippines for Php149 per month or Php1,190 per year.
Fitness+ is also now available in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and more.
