Infinix just dropped its newest high-end phone, the Note 60 Ultra. It is special because it is the first phone designed by Pininfarina, the famous Italian studio known for making fancy sports cars. It is also the first phone from the company that lets you make satellite calls in different countries, not just send texts.
The back of the Infinix NOTE 60 Ultra is where most of the interesting stuff happens. It has a strong aluminum frame, but the rear panel is made from a single piece of Gorilla Glass Victus. This glass covers all three cameras, a small screen, and a little light. Pininfarina designed this light to look like the rear lights on a sports car. It turns on when you start the phone or get a notification.
The software is Android 16 with Infinix’s own XOS 16 skin on top. Infinix promises to give the phone three big Android updates and security fixes for five years.

The main camera on the back is a 200MP sensor from Samsung. It can take very detailed pictures and zoom in two times without losing quality. There is also a 50MP periscope zoom camera that can get three and a half times closer to the action, and an ultra-wide camera for landscapes.
Inside the Infinix NOTE 60 Ultra, there is a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chip. This is a powerful processor that can handle games and heavy apps. It comes with 12GB of memory and 256GB of storage space. To stop it from getting too hot, Infinix put a large vapor chamber inside for cooling.

One of the biggest features of this phone is the battery. It is a 7,000mAh battery, which is huge and should easily last a full day or more for most people. Infinix says the battery has a special feature that helps it heal itself a little bit. They claim it can recover about one percent of its capacity after every 200 times you charge it, which might help it stay healthy for longer.
When you do need to charge, it is very fast. The 100W wired charger can fill the battery from zero to half in only 18 minutes. A full charge takes 48 minutes. If you prefer wireless charging, it also supports 50W wireless charging, and the box comes with a special magnetic charger and case to make it work.

You can buy the phone in four colors that are named after famous car places: Torino Black, Monza Red, Amalfi Blue, and Roma Silver.
The front of the phone has a 6.78-inch OLED screen. It has a smooth 144Hz refresh rate for scrolling and can get very bright at 4,500 nits, so it should be easy to see outside. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, and the whole phone can handle splashes of water and dust.
The Infinix Note 60 Ultra will be on sale soon. The price in Malaysia is set at 3,000 Malaysian Ringgit (~Php44,500). Pricing and availability in PH are currently unknown.
