After launching in China last month, HUAWEI has unveiled the Watch Fit 5 and Fit 5 Pro to the global stage.
Let’s first talk about the HUAWEI Watch Fit 5. It features a sleek design that’s only 9.5mm thick and weighs 27g. It also has a 1.82-inch AMOLED screen with 2500-nit peak brightness, uses eco-friendly construction, and comes in tons of colors: Silver, Purple, Green, White, and Black.

It also has a Mini-workout feature that can track your head, neck, shoulders, and more, and represented by the cute 30 animations of a panda.
The Watch also has a dedicated app for tennis players and supports other third-party apps dedicated to different sports. There are over 100 workout modes built-in.

Heart-rate sensor, SpO2, and Pulse Wave Arrhythmia Analysis are here, as well as all the usual features you’d expect from a smartwatch. Plus, it has a battery that lasts for up to 10 days under light usage. Plus, it works on both iOS and Android phones.
It is available in Europe for EUR159.99 (~Php11,400).

The new HUAWEI Watch Fit 5 Pro is a big upgrade to its predecessor. This one has a bigger 1.92-inch AMOLED screen and now uses aerospace-grade nanoceramic material. There’s also a 2.5D sapphire glass on the screen.
All the additional features found on the Fit 5 are also here, like the Mini-workout, fall detection during workouts, support for dedicated workout apps like Tennix, and more.

HUAWEI also upgraded its TruSleep app, included the Diabetes Risk Study, built-in recorder, and has increased the storage to 64GB from 4GB. The battery life is still the same at up to 10 days under light use or 7 days under typical use.
The HUAWEI Watch Fit 5 Pro will retail for EUR249.99. You can pre-order now as the watches are confirmed to arrive in the Philippines soon.
