Epson Philippines has just released eight new refillable ink-tank printers aimed at home users and small business owners. The new printer lineup is designed for people who print heavy volumes but want to keep their ink costs low.

The new models are the Epson L5390, L3356, L3350, L3316, L3310, L1350, L1310, and L5390. The company says these machines are more compact and faster than older versions, with some models shrinking in size by as much as 20%.

An Epson mobile app is now available on select units, allowing users to handle printing, scanning, and copying right from their smartphones. This feature works on the L1350, L3350, L3356, and L5390. These same printers also support Apple AirPrint for wireless printing. Among the bunch, the L5390 comes with an automatic document feeder, which makes multi-page jobs much easier to process.

Each printer includes four ink bottles, one for each color. Epson claims that one set can produce roughly 4,700 black-and-white pages or 7,500 color pages. The bottle caps are color-coded to prevent users from pouring ink into the wrong tank.

The company also highlighted the machines’ long-term reliability. The warranty covers up to 50,000 printed pages. Users can swap out the maintenance box themselves, which cuts down on repair wait times. A calibration tool is built in to keep print quality consistent over time.

For connectivity, the L1350, L3350, L3356, and L5390 offer wireless options such as AirPrint and Mopria. On the other hand, the L1310, L3310, and L3316 rely on USB 2.0 wired connections.

Epson’s heat-free printing system is also included across the range. The company says this technology uses less power than standard printers, potentially lowering electricity expenses.
