Meta has released a new mobile app called Pocket that lets people build their own mini-games by typing simple instructions.

The app is built on technology from Gizmo, a platform Meta bought earlier this year. Gizmo already offered a similar service where users could describe a game idea and the AI would generate it. The company calls these creations “gizmos.”

With Meta Pocket, you type a prompt like “a maze game with a moving ball” and the AI produces a playable experience. You can try out your own creations or scroll through a feed to test games made by other users.

The app appeared on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, but regional availability is still limited. As of writing, it’s not yet available in the Philippines.

Pocket fits into Meta’s bigger plan to bring AI tools to regular users. The company already offers AI image generation through Meta AI and AI video creation with an app called Vibes. It has also been adding AI features to its main social platforms and to Edits, its app for video creators.
