HMD has quietly introduced its latest entry-level phone, the Arc 2, and we get why they didn’t want to bring too much attention to this device.
The HMD Arc 2 shamefully comes with Android 14 Go Edition. Not only is Android 14 already almost three years old, but it’s the stripped-down Go edition.

But an efficient software may be what it really needs as it is powered by a UNISOC T603 processor, a 12nm chip clocked at 1.8GHz. It is paired with 4GB of RAM and an option between 64GB and 128GB of expandable storage.
Keeping the lights on is a good ol’ 5,000mAh battery with 10W wired charging.

There’s a humble 6.52-inch HD+ IPS display on the front with a 60Hz refresh rate, and a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the top. A 13-megapixel main shooter is on the back.
Like many budget phones, it has a 3.5mm headphone jack for those who still use it.

The HMD Arc 2 was spotted in Thailand with an SRP of THB2,990 (~Php5,500).
