If you’re looking to upgrade your home theater setup, check out these latest offerings from Sony: The new Sony BRAVIA 7 II smart TVs and the Sony BRAVIA Theatre Trio.
The Sony BRAVIA 7 II is available in 65-inch, 75-inch, and 85-inch models. All of them are LED panels that boast Sony’s RGB Backlight Master Drive Pro, which drives each LED with extreme precision to improve brightness, color reproduction, and reduce blooming compared to conventional Mini LED screens.
Paired with Sony’s X-Wide Angle Pro, the RGB Backlight Master Drive Pro ensures consistent colors and image quality from any viewing angle.
They also come with full-range speakers with AI-powered Voice Zoom 3 for better dialogue. There’s also the My Cinema feature that optimizes picture and sound per film; the Ambient Optimization automatically adjusts the video and audio to match your room, while the Studio Calibrated modes ensure content from Netflix, Prime Video, and SONY PICTURES CORE look the way they are intended to.
Of course, it has support for Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and IMAX Enhanced.
The Sony BRAVIA 7 II is now available in the Philippines in a 65-inch model for Php139,999, a 75-inch for Php169,999, and an 85-inch for Php249,999.
Sony’s latest TV is best paired with the also-new Sony BRAVIA Theatre Trio soundbar. This three-speaker setup boasts 360 Spatial Sound Mapping that greatly improves coverage and makes it feel like you have phantom speakers.
The center speaker has five drivers, including a woofer. The two satellite speakers have three drivers, which also include a woofer, with the addition of a top-firing driver for added depth.
You can configure the speakers via a dedicated app. You can also add additional Sony wireless speakers to spice up your setup. Both HDMI eARC and HDMI In are here. Plus, there’s support for Dolby Vision, 8K HDR, 4K 120, Hi-Res Audio, and Hi-Res Audio Wireless.
While Sony Philippines confirmed it’s now officially available, we’re yet to see a price tag.
