With surging memory prices, brands resort to pumping up batteries in an attempt to still offer good value to their customers. That’s exactly what vivo did to their latest budget phone, the vivo Y31T.
The vivo Y31T 5G is equipped with a 7,200mAh battery that vivo claims can last up to 10.2 hours of GPS navigation, 11.4 hours of gaming, 32 hours of playing videos, and 62 hours of music. It is paired with 44W FlashCharge support.
A 6.75-inch IPS display is on the front, with only an HD+ resolution, but did get a high 120Hz refresh rate for smoothness. The screen brightness can go up to 1,250 nits and has TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification for eye safety.
It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, a 4nm chip with up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
For the cameras, you get a 50-megapixel lens on the back, joined by a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an 8-megapixel sensor for selfies.
It is also IP68/IP69 dust- and water-resistant and ships with OriginOS 6 with many AI features.
The vivo Y31T 5G is now listed in India, with the official price yet to be announced.
