The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has released a new online dashboard for the public. This tool allows citizens to monitor the status and performance of the Free Wi-Fi for All Program throughout the country.

The platform is called the Network Monitoring System V2. It provides real-time updates on public WiFi sites. Through the dashboard, people can see if a site is available, check its connection status, and view reports on service issues. The system tracks internet access points in schools, communities, and other public areas. Users can filter information by region, province, or municipality.

The DICT has been using this system internally since last year to manage the expanding network. Making the dashboard public is part of the department’s effort to be more transparent and accountable to the people.

The DICT is asking for public feedback to help improve the reliability of the Wi-Fi. You can report concerns through the 1326 Citizen Complaint Center hotline or by emailing 1326@dict.gov.ph. The eReport feature on the eGovPH Super App is also available for feedback.

To access the dashboard, visit dict.gov.ph. From the homepage, select Services from the menu and click on Free WiFi Monitoring System.
