The iPhone is one of the pioneers of on-screen keyboards. It made the touchscreen more convenient to use — allowing you to type without a physical keyboard or a stylus. However, it looks like some people still prefer the old ways, a company called Clicks Technology is banking on that.
Called the Clicks keyboard, it brings the BlackBerry-like physical keyboard to iPhones, and possibly soon on select Android phones. It’s also a smartphone case, so it attaches securely on your device while protecting it.

Currently, it’s compatible with the iPhone 14 Pro with a Lightning port and iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max with USB-C. It’s a plug-and-play solution. Plus, the keys are backlit so you can easily type at night or indoors.
As for the battery, it draws power from your smartphone, so no need to worry about charging a separate device every time. Since it will be taking your smartphone’s port, it will have its port at the bottom, which will then transmit the power to the mobile device when you’re charging — no need to remove the case.

However, expect your smartphone to get extra long with this case. It’s so long it might stick out of your pocket. But that’s something users should be willing to accept for a product like this.
Oh, and to give you extra confidence, the company is co-founded by Michael Fisher, a tech YouTuber behind the popular channel Mr. Mobile who has a long experience in tech.
The Clicks Founder’s Edition for the iPhone 14 Pro and 15 Pro is available for USD139 (~Php7,700) while the one for the iPhone 15 Pro Max is at USD159 (~Php8,800). It’s available in BumbleBee and London Sky.
