Nothing has introduced a new pair of earphones. This time, it has an open-ear design, and it’s aptly called the Nothing Ear Open.

The new Nothing Ear Open comes with an on-ear design and lacks active noise cancellation (ANC). The goal here is for the users to stay fully aware of their surroundings while on daily commute or running. It’s also a great alternative for those who are irritated with in-ear earphones.

While it may have an open design, it comes with a Sound Seal System and directional speakers to make sure there’s no sound leak and only you can listen to the audio that’s coming out of it.

It then has wrap-around stems so they stay securely in your ears. Nothing’s signature transparent design is also prominent here.

Nothing also highlights the Open’s 14.2mm titanium-coated drivers, dual microphones with Clear Voice 3.0 for calls, pinch sensitivity that lets you adjust the volume, and control the music and calls. It pairs to your smartphone via Bluetooth 5.3 with low-latency support.

For the baattery, Nothing claims that each buds can last for up to 8 hours on a single charge and a total of 30 hours with the USB-C charging case. No wireless charging support, sadly.
