For tracking workout activities, the watch has more than 30 fitness modes that include outdoor running, hiking, yoga, and more. To help with these health tracking features, the Band 2 has a 24-hour heart rate sensor and SpO2 blood oxygen measurement.
Like its predecessor and other Xiaomi smart bands, it comes with a magnetic charger. A single full charge can last for up to 14 days of typical use and up to 6 days of heavy consumption.
