Cherry Mobile Fusion Breeze: 7-inch display and Android Jelly Bean for only Php1,999

One of the cheapest tablets soon to become available for the Christmas shopping season, the Cherry Mobile Fusion Breeze only costs Php1,999. At such price, it offers an entry-level Android Jelly Bean experience, a 7-inch display, and a 1.2GHz single core processor.

The affordable price is itself a clear indication that the Cherry Mobile Fusion Breeze is no premium device. While it performs just fine with basic tablet functionalities such as web browsing and checking emails, expect it to stutter and slow down when running recently released games. There’s also not much to store with just 4GB internal storage, what with apps and videos getting so large in size these days. Cherry Mobile has not released a more comprehensive list of the hardware specs for its Fusion Breeze tablet, so we’ve no idea what this tablet has when it comes to commonly asked features: Bluetooth, 3G connectivity, GPU, and even the unspecified 1.2GHz single core CPU. As the photo above suggests, there seems to be no rear camera. The 1.2MP front camera is more than enough for selfie shots and video calling through apps like Skype, though.
