Cloudfone Next Lite

Cloudfone has unveiled a slightly less powerful version of its flagship – the Next Lite.

Not everyone wants a high-end smartphone, so Cloudfone decided to cater those who want a mid-range with decent specs for not a lot of money. The Cloudfone Next Lite is a toned-down version of the Next, swapping some of its premium materials and making it more affordable. From the looks of it, it seems like the phone is made up of metal but it’s plagued by an unsightly ‘Next Lite’ branding at the bottom.

It features a 1080p screen with a smaller 5-inch size instead of 5.5-inch. The processor and graphics have been kept the same but the RAM took the beating – now only 3GB. There’s still a fingerprint scanner for security and LTE for faster mobile data connectivity. In terms of camera, it has a 13-megapixel rear shooter and 8-megapixel for selfies.
