The new HMD Aura 2, officially branded as HMD Aura², has been quietly launched as an entry-level device and rebranded HMD Arc with more storage.
Powering the HMD Aura 2 is a UNISOC SC9863A processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 256GB storage that’s expandable via microSD. It runs on a power-efficient Android 14 Go Edition.

On the front, we have a 6.52-inch IPS display with only an HD+ resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and 460 nits of peak brightness. Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging.
A 13-megapixel main camera is on the back, while a 5-megapixel selfie shooter is on the front. The device also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.

The HMD Aura 2 will be available in Australia for AUD169 (~Php6,200). Release details in the Philippines are yet to be known.
