HMD Global just launched the HMD Crest in the Philippines, a pretty-packed 5G smartphone for under Php8,000.
First introduced way back in July 2024, the HMD Crest gets its 5G connectivity from the UNISOC T760 octa-core processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage.

On the front, this entry-level device has a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a sharp FHD+ resolution. There’s a sharp 50-megapixel selfie camera on the front, and an equally impressive 50-megapixel main shooter on the back paired with a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery with 33W wired charging. A fingerprint scanner is on the side.

The HMD Crest has a price of only Php7,990 in the Philippines. It’s now available on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
