After the leak a couple of months ago, Honor has officially launched the new Honor 8S 2020 in the UK. If it looks familiar, that’s because it’s pretty similar to its successor, with only a few differences in configuration as it’s now 3GB RAM + 64GB storage from the previous 2GB + 32GB combo.
The Honor 8S 2020 has a 5.71-inch IPS screen with a waterdrop notch housing its 5-megapixel camera. On the back, it has a lone 13-megapixel camera with LED flash. Powering the phone is the MediaTek Helio A22 processor and a 3,020mAh battery capacity. Unfortunately, it’s still on microUSB instead of USB-C.

Software used by the Honor 8S 2020 is the old EMUI 9 with Android 9 Pie underneath. Since it’s basically an old phone, it still has Google Mobile Services (GMS) support.
The Honor 8S 2020 is now available in Honor’s website for a price of £99.99 or approximately Php6,300 when converted to Philippine peso.
