In the market for a sub-flagship smartphone? The kind that offers high-end features sans the ludicrous price tag? Check out the all-new HONOR 90 and 90 Pro.
Let’s first take a look at the HONOR 90 Pro, which features a Qualcomm 8+ Gen 1 processor — a flagship chip from a few generations ago. You can pair it with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
It then has a packed 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 10-bit color, smooth 120Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and 1000 nits of peak brightness. A pill-shaped notch in the middle holds the whopping 50-megapixel main camera joined by a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
With a front camera as sharp as that, expect nothing less from the one on the back. This thing comes with an ultra-sharp 200-megapixel main shooter that can do 16-to-1 pixel-binning. It is joined by a 12-megapixel ultra-wide and a 32-megapixel 2.5x telephoto that’s great for portraits.
As a standard, it comes with a 5,000mAh battery with 90W charging that can provide 56% of charge in just 15 minutes.
It then ships with an Android 13-based MagicUI 7.1 interface. It has stereo speakers and HONOR’s GPU Turbo X.
The HONOR 90 Pro has a price of CNY3,299 (~Php26,200), CNY3,599 (~Php28,600), and CNY3,899 (~Php30,900) for the 12GB/256GB, 16GB/256GB, and 16GB/512GB, respectively. They will be available in China starting June 7.
