The entry-level HONOR Play series gets another sequel with the HONOR Play 40.
With the HONOR Play 40, you’re getting a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ processor, which is still the same as its predecessor. It comes with three RAM and storage configurations, with 8GB/256GB as the top-tier model.
It then has a 6.56-inch HD+ display, which managed to get a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. A waterdrop notch on top holds the 5-megapixel selfie camera, while on the back, we have a 13-megapixel main camera joined by a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Keeping the lights on is a 5,200mAh battery, but only with 10W charging.
The HONOR Play 40 has a starting price of CNY1,380 (~Php10,600) in China for the 6GB/128GB model. No word if it’s also coming to the Philippines.
