HONOR is taking silicon-carbon battery technology to new heights with the introduction of a new series of smartphones, the HONOR Power.
The HONOR Power boasts an 8,000mAh battery — easily one of the biggest capacity you can get from a device that has a reasonable size of under 8mm.
HONOR brags that it has a capacity of 29.60Wh and compared it to the iPad Air 11 2025‘s 28.93Wh. It boasts a power density of 821Wh/L made possible by the large quantities of silicon.
This translates to 14 hours of gaming, 23 hours of GPS navigation and TikTok, and 25 hours of continuous video playback.
It is coupled with a 66W charger, which used to be the gold standard, but can now be considered mediocre considering the battery it needs to fill-up.
As for the rest of the specs, the HONOR Power has a sub-flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, a chip it shares with the HONOR 200. It can be configured with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The HONOR C1+ connectivity chip is also here.
A large 6.78-inch OLED screen is on the front with a 120Hz refresh rate, fancy 10-bit colors, and 4,000-nit of peak brightness. A 16-megapixel selfie camera is on top.
On the back, there’s a 50-megapixel main shooter with optical image stabilization and, for some reason, only 5-megapixel ultra-wide.
The HONOR Power is now in China with an SRP of CNY1,999 (~Php15,400) for the 8GB/256GB, CNY2,199 (~Php16,900) for the 12GB/256GB, CNY2,499 (~Php19,200) for the 12GB/512GB.
