Infinix finally has a proper gaming phone. Meet the new Infinix GT 10 Pro, their first smartphone dedicated to mobile gaming.
The Infinix GT 10 Pro has an aggressive design on the back with a cyberpunk theme and customizable mini-LED light. Reminiscent of the Noting Phone, it comes in two colors: Cyber Black and Mirage Silver.
Under the hood, it is powered by a capable MediaTek Dimensity 8050 6nm processor clocked at 3.0GHz. Made for gaming, graphics is handled by the 9-core Mali-G77 GPU. The chipset is mated to 8GB of RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, which is expandable by up to 1TB.
There’s a large 6.67-inch FHD+ display on the front, which uses an AMOLED panel, with an adaptive refresh rate that switches between 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz. Up to 360Hz touch sampling is also supported.
Infinix also included a high-frequency 1920Hz PWM dimming to keep your eyes safe. Plus, the fingerprint scanner is underneath the panel.
Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery that supports bypass charging, which means that you can run the phone directly using the charger, bypassing the battery, when using intensive apps like gaming to prevent overheating. It ships with a 45W adapter.
There’s an ultra-sharp 108-megapixel main camera on the back but is only joined by two 2-megapixel sensors. No ultra-wide or telephoto. A 32-megapixel selfie camera is on the front.
It ships with Android 13-based Pure XOS 13. The term “Pure” refers to a cleaner interface with less bloatware and ads.
The Infinix GT 10 Pro will be available in select markets for a price of around USD240 (~Php13,400). Release details in the Philippines are yet to be known.
