Together with its big brother, the vanilla Infinix HOT 50 has also made its way to the Philippines.
Launched alongside the HOT 50 Pro+, the Infinix HOT 50 is now in the country with the same MediaTek Helio G100 octa-core processor, roomy 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. Infinix boasts that it received a 5-year Performance Fluency from TUV Rheinland.
Like the Pro+ model, it also has a large 6.78-inch display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, albeit it uses an IPS panel instead of the fancier AMOLED panel of the former. This also meant that the in-display fingerprint scanner is gone, but you do get a side-mounted one.
The selfie camera was also downgraded to 8-megapixels from 13-megapixels, but you get the same 50-megapixel main shooter on the back.

Infinix also swapped the 33W charger to an acceptable 18W one to keep the price down but still has the beefy 5,000mAh battery capacity.
It may not be as thin as its bigger brother, but it’s still one of the thinnest out there at only 7.7mm.

The Infinix HOT 50 has an SRP of Php6,999 in the Philippines but is discounted to only Php5,999 in TikTok Shop.
