Infinix adds two new devices to its ever-growing Note 12 line-up: the Infinix Note 12 5G and 12 Pro 5G.
The Infinix Note 12 5G and 12 Pro 5G share a couple of similarities in key areas. For starters, both models use the same MediaTek Dimensity 810 octa-core processor, which brings 5G connectivity to the duo.
They also share the same 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED screens, with 16-megapixel front-facing cameras on top. Both models will also run on XOS 10.6 on top of Android 12 operating system, stereo speakers, and side-mounted fingerprint scanners.
The duo will also have 5,000mAh non-removable cameras with 33W fast charging.
Now, on the reason why you should go with the Pro model. Honestly, the only main one is the camera. The more expensive model boasts a sharp 108-megapixel main sensor, joined by a usable 2-megapixel macro lens.
On the other hand, the Infinix Note 12 5G has a less stellar but still impressive 50-megapixel main snapper joined by an AI lens. Both models will have 2-megapixel depth sensors but lacks an ultra-wide lens.
Oh, and of course, going with the Infinix Note 12 Pro 5G entitles you to more RAM and storage. It comes with 8GBof RAM and 128GB of storage for INR17,999 (around Php12,700) while the Infinix Note 12 5G only has 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage for INR14,999 (around Php10,600). They will be available in India come July 14, while release details in the Philippines are yet to be known.
