Qualcomm has a new chipset called the Snapdragon 480 Plus and Motorola got first dibs with it for the Moto G51.
The Snapdra 480 Plus on the Motorola Moto G51 is an entry-level chip with 5G connectivity. It is an 8nm clocked at 2.2GHz with faster Adreno 619 GPU.
It then has a pretty-packed display. It comes with an enourmous 6.8-inch panel with a fluid 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling. For the best viewing and gaming experience, it boasts stereo speakers with Dolby technology.
Motorola could’ve put a larger battery on this large device, but instead settled with a 5,000mAh battery. The 10W charger could be faster, too.
In the software side, Motorola used MYUI 2.0 on top of Android 11. A specific move since the device is slated to arrive in China.
The G51 also boasts a pixel-packed 50-megapixel main shooter, joined by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Those who are in China can get the Motorola Moto G51 for a price of CNY1,499 (around Php11,900). Release details in other countries are yet to be known.
