OPPO has unveiled its new A3 Pro, a rugged midrange smartphone that packs a punch with a bit of style. The device is designed to hold up to some of the toughest conditions, boasting an IP69 rating, which means it can handle high-pressure water jets of up to 100 bar, steam cleaning, and even submersion in water for up to 30 minutes.
The OPPO A3 Pro features a curved 6.7-inch OLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. Protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, the front panel also houses an integrated fingerprint scanner for enhanced security and 8-megapixel front camera for selfies.
On the rear, you’ll find OPPO’s Crystal Shield glass, which is engineered to offer better resistance against accidental drops. Adding to the aesthetic appeal, the Azure variant comes with a sleek glass back, while the blue and pink versions are finished with a premium-looking vegan leather.

In terms of camera, the OPPO A3 Pro is equipped with a 64-megapixel main camera with f/1.7 aperture and 2-megapixel sensor for portraits.
Under the hood, the OPPO A3 Pro is powered by a Dimensity 7050 chipset, supported by either 8GB or 12GB of RAM. Storage options are generous, with users able to choose from 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB. As for the software, it runs on ColorOS 14, based on Android 14.
Keeping the lights on is a substantial 5,000mAh battery, paired with a rapid 67W charging capability.

The OPPO A3 Pro starts at a price of CNY 1,999 (~Php15,600) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration. It’s only available in China for now and no word yet regarding an international release.
