OPPO has officially unveiled the Reno16 series.
Let’s start with the OPPO Reno16, which features a compact 6.32-inch 1.5K OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 3,600-nit peak brightness, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
There’s a 6,700mAh battery with 80W wired charging. Manning the show is the Android 16-based ColorOS 16.
Under the hood, we have a 3.4GHz MediaTek Dimensity 8550 Super processor, with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
Both the Reno16 and Reno16 Pro share the same cameras, which is commendable. It’s led by a very sharp 200-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization.
It is joined by three 50-megapixel sensors for the telephoto, ultra-wide, and selfie.
The OPPO Reno16 is available in China in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB configurations for a starting price of CNY3,499 (~Php31,600).
