realme Philippines finally launched the new realme C61 in the country, an entry-level device that packs all the essentials for the modern user, but lacks 5G connectivity.
The new realme C61 is powered by a UNISOC T612 octa-core processor, which you can get with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage. It runs on the latest Android 14 operating system with realme UI 5.0 on top.
It uses an HD+ IPS panel with a high 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling, and a size of 6.74-inch. Audio will come out of the single bottom-firing speaker. Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery, guaranteed to retain its battery health after 4 years, with a decent 15W wired charging
A sharp 50-megapixel camera is on the back, but with a low-resolution 5-megapixel sensor on the front. Oh, and realme is bragging about its IP54 rating for being dust and water-resistant.
The realme C61 6GB/128GB has a price of Php6,999 and is available nationwide. Those who will get it until September 30 will receive a 2-year realme Care valued at Php999. It’s also available at Home Credit with 0% interest until August 31.
Meanwhile, the 8GB/256GB will be available on TikTok Shop with an introductory price of Php6,299 until August 18 and will come with a free TechLife Power Bank S101 10,000mAh worth Php799 until stocks are available. It will then be available on Shopee from August 19 to 25 with the same price and freebies.
