realme has released a new feature-packed sub-flagship smartphone called the realme GT 6T. The relaunch of the realme GT series has been long overdue, and the wait is well worth it.
The realme GT 6T sports a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 10-bit color, 120Hz refresh rate, a sharp 1.2K resolution, and a bright 6,000-nits of peak brightness.
A sharp 32-megapixel selfie camera is on top of the screen. On the back, we have a fancy 50-megapixel LYT 600 sensor, joined by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
Keeping the lights on is a large 5,500mAh battery with a whopping 120W SUPERVOOC wired charging that can charge the device to 50% in just 10 minutes. realme also claims that the battery can retain its health by not less than 80% even after 1600 full charge cycles.
Powering the device is the fresh new Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor, with a roomy 8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB of storage.
One of its most interesting features is the software. It runs on the latest realme UI 5.0 interface that’s based on Android 14. The company pledged that the device will receive 3 years of major OS upgrades and 4 years of software updates.
The realme GT 6T 8GB/128GB retails for INR30,999 (~Php21,700), while the 8GB/256GB is at INR32,999 (~Php23,100), 12GB/256GB for INR35,999 (~Php25,200), while the top-of-the-line 12GB/512GB variant is at INR39,999 (~Php27,900). It’s now listed in India while release details in the Philippines, hopefully, shall be revealed soon.
