realme has released a new line of entry-level phones starting with the realme Note 50. realme is yet another brand to use the “Note” name on a budget-friendly device but, the Philippines is one of the first to get it, so we’re not complaining. Let’s take a look, shall we?
The realme Note 50 comes with a UNISOC T612 octa-core processor — a chip we usually see on smartphones under Php4,000 like this one. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage, as expected.

realme equipped the Note 50 with a large 6.74-inch display with a high 90Hz refresh rate but only with an HD+ resolution. A waterdrop notch is on top for the 5-megapixel selfie camera, while on the back, we have a 13-megapixel main shooter and a monochrome sensor.
It ships with the Android 13 operating system with the realme UI T Edition optimized for underwhelming hardware.

To compensate for the so-so hardware, the Note 50 was dressed in a shiny case with shimmering accents, a thin and light build, and an IP54 dust and water resistance.
As a standard, we got a 5,000mAh battery, but only with a 10W charger.

The realme Note 50 has a price of Php3,599 in the Philippines and will be available soon.
