The Samsung Galaxy A72 immediately launches in the Philippines along with its global debut.
With the Samsung Galaxy A72, you’re getting a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G, same as the Galaxy A52, but not as powerful as the Snapdragon 750G of the Galaxy A52 5G. Ironically, this model doesn’t come with a 5G variant.
Like its cousins, the Galaxy A72 has the same quad cameras on the rear, led by a 64-megapixel OIS main shooter. We also have a 25W fast charging, 90Hz refresh rate, NFC, and IP67 water resistance.
Its only lead with the Galaxy A52 is the larger 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED screen. It also has a bigger 5,000mAh battery and an 8-megapixel telephoto with OIS.
The Samsung Galaxy A72 5G has a price of Php23,990 in the Philippines — similar to the Galaxy A52 5G. From March 18 to April 4, you can get it at Samsung Authorized Online Stores with a free ItFit waterproof Bluetooth speaker worth Php2,090.
