It looks like a couple of people from Samsung Global have accidentally pulled the trigger and partly unveiled the Galaxy Tab A9 series before its supposed official launch.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 and A9 Plus have been spotted on the Samsung Guatemala website and Amazon UAE. Both listings showcased the devices’ designs and key features, albeit a full specs list is yet to be released.

As per the initial listings, the new Galaxy Tab A9 will have a compact 8.7-inch IPS LCD, up to 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage, and an LTE option. A Google Play Console listing says that it will have a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Tab A9 Plus will have a bigger 11-inch LCD screen with a sharper 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution, will be powered by a midrange Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, with 128GB of storage, and an option between 4GB and 8GB of RAM.

With the kind of chipset it has, the Plus model can be had with 5G connectivity if you’re willing to pay more.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 LTE was spotted in Amazon UAE for AED699 (~Php10,800) and in Samsung Guatemala for GTQ1,499 (~Php10,900).
