Starmobile has just announced their newest flagship smartphone, the Starmobile Knight X.
This launch is probably one of the biggest local releases in the last few months. The Starmobile Knight X is the first handset from a local manufacturer to use the new MediaTek MT6595m octa-core processor and even has 3GB of RAM to back it up. It also has Dual LTE connectivity for both SIM card slots so that means you can switch LTE networks on the fly without needing to change SIMs. The company calls this as the most advanced local phablet to date.

Starmobile didn’t reveal any information about pricing just yet, but they said that it will be revealed and be made available “soon”. They confirmed that it will retail for less than Php20,000. What do you think about this new phablet?

Hindi ka makahanap ng ganitung specs sa ibang brands and below 20 k.. kaya bibili ako nitu , I already have a Star Octa and im fully satisfied with its performance.

kahit na siguro samsung or iphone bilhin mo pag nasira problema din paayus ,tapos mahal pa , u will consider bili na lang nga bago. Ang principyo ko sa cellfone , wag bumili ng mahal kasi pagnawala or nasira di masyadung masakit. ive been using my unit for over a year now and everythings works perfectly well. Minsan nasa pag aalaga din yan . opinion ko lang bro.
I find this unit more comfortable than Cherry Mobile Cosmos One Plus in terms of it’s quality built and the design aspect, even if it’s expensive than Cosmos One Plus and with no SDCard slot extension. But reassuring that Knight X is a worthy unit for those who don’t need to buy an MicroSD cards or other accessories.

Ang mahal naman. Ang pangit naman ng specs. Local brand pero ang mahal. Tapos mediatek? Mag snapdragon 800 nlng. Lagger ang mediatek eh. I have xiaomi mi3.,and it really is awesome, 10599php lang,. Icompare nyo nlng ang specs.

Mag snapdragon 800 eh talo pa ng bagong processor ng mediatek yng latest na snapdragon 801. Snapdragon 801 hanggang 35k ang max benchmark nya, yng bago ng mediatek 40k-50k. And talo parin ang mi3 sa knight x sa specs. Battery, camera, etc panalo pa itong knight x laban sa pinagmamalaki mong mi3. Wag masyadong magcritize eh di mo pa nga natetesting itong knight x! And mas maganda battery life ng mediatek kaysa sa snapdragon. Naka galaxy s4 ako ngayon eh pinsan ko naka starmobile up+ dinaig pa battery life ng s4 ko in normal use.

You just have to know that it’s their flagship unit, of course it would be that expensive. Other than that it depends on the costumers who would want or not want to buy Starmobile Knight X, it’s all up to their marketeers to convince or a presentation of their units to the potential customers just how Knight X is good for them.
Nako mediatek gpu wag magtiwala sa starmobile hanggang ngyun bitter parkn ako nauto ako one time napabili ako ng starmobile octa na red sobrang lag grabe daming pinagsasabi na feature wala nmn kwenta… Wag magtiwala maniwala kayo buti nadispose ko pa phone na un mag mi3 n lng kayo for sure sulit or any branded…. power efficient ang mediatek, pinakamura din in terms of mobile chipset, hindi ka din naman pinilit bumili, and besides di ka lang siguro marunong magtweak kaya puro bash ginagawa mo :3

I’d bet the ZTE Nubia Z7 is way cheaper than this, and has a camera with image stabilizer, expandable memory, and a snapdragon processor

Atleast ung octa core CPU nya big.LITTLE ung architecure. Ang tanong. Can the GPU have the same performance or even surpass the Adreno 330 of international flagahip androids like the s5? Same specs lng ksi sa sa meixu mx4 to. Sana ma optimize ng starmobile ung SoC tska ung GPU.
