TCL brings its NxtPaper technology to smartphones as it launches the new TCL 40 NxtPaper, which will be available in 4G and 5G models. NxtPaper refers to the company’s eye-comfort display technology.
First, let’s look at the TCL 40 NxtPaper 5G, which only has a 6.6-inch HD+ display but with a high 90Hz refresh rate. There’s a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging.
A budget-friendly release, it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 octa-core processor with 6GB of RAM and large 256GB of storage.
There’s a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back, joined by two 2-megapixel sensors, and an 8-megapixel selfie shooter on the front.
The TCL 40 NxtPaper 5G will be available in Europe this September for a price of EUR249 (~Php15,400).
