TECNO Mobile launched the new Pova 2 and it will be instantly available in the Philippines.
The main feature of the TECNO Pova 2 is its enormous 7,000mAh battery, the biggest you can get from an entry-level smartphone. You can easily get days of light to moderate use on this. However, charging may take hours with its 18W wall adapter.

Besides the large battery, the Pova 2 has an enormous 6.9-inch FHD+ screen. One of the major upgrades over its predecessor. The refresh rate is still at 60Hz, but the touch responsiveness is up to 180Hz.
Under the hood, it’s powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 octa-core processor. TECNO Mobile also included its ET Game Engine and Game Space 2.0 that optimizes the system for the best possible performance when playing games.

The design on the back is quite similar to the first Pova, but with a new shiny strip on the middle.
On the top left, there’s a vertical glass that houses the quad cameras. The 13-megapixel main shooter of its predecessor was upgraded to a 48-megapixel main sensor. The other three only have 2-megapixel sensors with supplementary uses, no ultra-wide lens.

The TECNO Pova 2 has an official price of Php7,990 and will be up for pre-order this June 5. It will be available on the 11th on Shopee, Lazada, Kimstore, and Memo Express.
