TECNO launched the Pova Curve 5G. Apart from the impressive specs you’d expect from the series, this particular model comes with an extra sleek design.
As the name suggests, the TECNO Pova Curve 5G has a pretty extensive 55-degree curvature. Plus, it’s also one of the slimmest phones in the world at just 7.5mm — all that while sporting an extra-large 5,500mAh battery.
The curves on the back made it visually sleek and elegant, despite TECNO’s signature mecha design language. Sadly, LED lighting is gone.
Being from the Pova series, performance is still a big deal here, especially for gaming. Hence, it comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate, with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
You’d be playing games on its large and smooth 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a high 144Hz refresh rate and 1,300-nit peak brightness. It also has advanced connectivity features with its all-around 86.5% antenna coverage, real-time signal optimization, and VoWiFi Dual Pass.
Cameras were put on the back burner here. It only has a 64-megapixel main shooter, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 13-megapixel camera for selfies.
The TECNO Pova Curve has an SRP of INR15,999 (~Php10,400) and INR16,999 (~Php11,000) for the 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB models, respectively. Release details in the Philippines should be confirmed soon.
