Xiaomi Philippines brought members of the Philippine media to Singapore for the launch of their latest flagship-killer, the POCO F7 Ultra.
I took advantage of the 3-day trip by working around and exploring the city. Naturally, I brought our POCO F7 Ultra review unit with us to help us capture the mundane — having a feel of the daily life of the locals.
Of course, I didn’t miss the chance to visit a couple of popular tourist spots to further test out the prowess of the device’s feature-packed camera system.

To start off, here are the sites I’ve captured using the 50-megapixel main camera, which uses a large 1/1.55-inch Light Fusion 800 sensor with a bright f/1.6 aperture and optical image stabilization.
As a fan of street photography, I enjoyed taking the POCO F7 Ultra around the city and taking quick, impromptu movements. Singapore’s colorful buildings, rich and well-orchestrated vegetation, and well-organized transportation system really shine through the smartphone’s lens.

Thanks to the main camera’s capable sensor at low light, I was able to snap and share all the local delicacies, sites, and people I was able to enjoy and encounter in Singapore.

The main sensor is so pixel-dense that it can take 2x zooms without a noticeable drop in quality. While a dedicated sensor is usually better, this one’s pretty good as well.

Even better, the dedicated 50-megapixel telephoto lens with an f/2.0 aperture and OIS takes even portrait photos at 2.5x zoom. It has a 60mm focal length that’s a favorite of portrait photographers.
Sample photos below show how the 2.5x zoom lets you take the audience’s focus to the subject better — whether it’s a human subject, architecture, streets, etc.

Singapore’s impressive modern architecture, bustling streets, stunning views, and tight spaces — all of them were captured in full view with the POCO F7 Ultra’s pixel-dense 32-megapixel ultra-wide camera.

Of course, don’t forget to take a lot of selfies when you travel — which I did, thanks to the sharp 32-megapixel selfie camera of the POCO F7 Ultra.

Well, that’s been our Singapore photo dump — all taken with the flexible and capable cameras of the POCO F7 Ultra. Want to learn more about it? Read our review here.
