POCO’s latest smartphones, the X8 and X8s, are now in the Philippines. For now, let’s focus on the cheaper of the three, the POCO X8.
The POCO X8 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor, with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Xiaomi promises a “60-month like-new software experience.”
It boasts a large 8,340mAh battery, lasting up to 2 days under normal use. The battery health can last for up to 6 years. It is paired with 67W HyperCharge wired charging and 22.5W reverse wired charging.
An enormous 6.83-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen is on the front with a high 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. Stereo speakers provide the audio.
The camera department consists of a single 50-megapixel rear shooter with optical image stabilization and a 16-megapixel selfie snapper on the front.
It is also IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K dust- and water-resistant, has an Underwater photo mode, Wet Touch Technology 2.0, and Android 16-based HyperOS 3 software.
The POCO X8 8GB/256GB has an SRP of Php23,999, while the 12GB/512GB retails for Php26,999. From November 6 to 15, you can get them for only Php21,999 and Php24,999, respectively.
