vivo launches the first tablet to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 flagship chip, the vivo Pad5 Pro.
The vivo Pad5 Pro is said to have scored an impressive 2.9 million in the AnTuTu Benchmark score. vivo also highlighted that it has a three-dimensional cooling system for sustained performance in gaming and other heavy tasks. It can be had with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.
There’s a large 13-inch IPS screen on the front, with 3096 x 2064 pixel resolution, a high 144Hz refresh rate, a 3:2 aspect ratio that’s great for multitasking, 10-bit colors, and HDR10 support.
Audio comes out of the 8-speaker system.
Keeping the lights on is a large 12,050mAh battery, which vivo claims lasts up to 16 hours of online video streaming. Charging is done via the 66W adapter.
It ships with Android 15-based OriginOS 5 HD with PC-level features that work well with a stylus and an optional Smart Touch Keyboard 5 Pro case.
The vivo Pad5 Pro has a price of CNY2,999 (~Php23,200) for the 8GB/128GB, CNY3,099 (~Php23,900) for the 8GB/256GB, CNY3,399 (~Php26,300) for the 12GB/256GB, CNY3,699 (~Php28,600) for the 12GB/512GB, and CNY3,899 (~Php30,100) for the 16GB/512GB.
There’s also the Feather Light Edition that’s thinner and lighter. It retails for CNY3,899 (~Php30,100) and CNY4,399 (~Php34,000) for the 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB models, respectively.
