Details about the new Redmi Buds 5 Pro have been unveiled on the brand’s official Weibo page before its official launch on November 29.

A series of teasers reveal some of the features of the Redmi Buds 5 Pro, including its Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) that can eliminate unwanted noise of up to 46dB. It has a 2kHz noise reduction range and also comes with AI call noise reduction to capture your voice with clarity.

The buds come with a dual-microphone system that ensures your voice is picked up with good detail.

As for the audio itself, the sound will be coming from the 10mm dynamic drivers, and since it has in-ear tips, the bass response should be thumping. The Xiaomi sub-brand claims that the new buds have “dual-engine acoustics, deep space noise reduction” and utilize a “new acoustic structure and powerful algorithm.”

It then pairs to your phone using Bluetooth 5.3, which also has a multi-device connection and can be configured via a dedicated mobile app. It will be available in three colors: Black, White, and Blue.

We’ll have the official price and availability of the Redmi Buds 5 Pro, including its battery capacity, once they are available, so stay tuned for that.
