Audiophiles, listen up. Sony just released the Walkman NW-WM1AM2 and NW-WM1ZM2 Signature series in the Philippines.
The cheaper of the two, the Sony NW-WM1AM2 Walkman Signature Series, is built on an aluminum frame, with a 5-inch touchscreen, 40-hour battery life, USB Type-C port for data transfer and charging, microSD card slot, and runs on proprietary Walkman Home Screen.

It has an S-Master HX Hi-res audio amp, large solid high polymer capacitor, FT CAP3, and OFC milled block.
One of its main highlights is the oxygen-free copper cable for low distortion and top-notch channel separation. It also has crystal oscillators and Fine Sound Register.

Other notable features include Hi-Res audio, Direct Stream Digital (DSD), DSEE HX, 360 reality audio, and built-in WiFi for streaming and downloading.
The Sony NW-WM1AM2 retails for Php79,999 and comes with a free Php2,000 vinyl records voucher when you pre-order from March 28 to April 20.

Next stop, we have the Sony WM1ZM2 Walkman Signature Series. Priced at a whopping Php189,999, this one boasts gold-plated oxygen-free copper material for a purer sound.
It also has an S-Master HX hi-res audio amp and a stronger power supply than its predecessor. It shares a couple of features with the NW-WM1AM2 like the high polymer capacitor, FT CAP3, crystal oscillators, DSD, Hi-Res audio and Hi-Res wireless, LDAC, and more.

One of its key features is the Kimber Kable, a special wiring material for better headphone balance.
The device then comes with Android support and WiFi so you can stream using your favorite service. It also has twice the storage at 256GB.

Again, the Sony WM1ZM2 Walkman Signature Series retails for Php189,999. It will be available for pre-order from March 28 to April 20 with a free Php5,000 vinyl records voucher.
