SteelSeries has launched the Arctis Nova 5 series in the Philippines and also introduced a special companion app that works on all three devices.
The series consists of the Steel Series Arctis Nova 5, Nova 5P, and Nova 5X. The trio are essentially the same, only the Nova 5P is made for the PlayStation while the Nova 5X is for Xbox. You can easily tell them apart by their platform’s signature colors.

SteelSeries boasts over 100 game audio presets that users can easily switch to while in-game. The presets were tailored by audio engineers and esports pro players that help highlight footsteps, and other key audio, and increase immersion. The presets can be easily accessed via a dedicated Companion App, which you can download whether you’re on a PC, console, or an Android or iOS mobile device.
The series also has a Quick-Switch Wireless function that lets you switch from 2.4GHz when gaming to Bluetooth 5.3 before answering a call with a press of a button.

It will also chip with a USB-C dongle receiver so you can easily switch between different platforms like smartphones, consoles, Nintendo Switch, and even the Meta Quest.
For audio, the Nova 5 series has Neodymium Magnetic Drivers that the company claims to provide “crystal-clear highs, pinpoint mids, and deep bass.” There’s also SteelSeries’ ClearCast 2.X Mic that offers twice the bandwidth and clarity made possible by a new chipset that supports 32KHz/16Bit audio. Sonar AI-Powered Noise Cancellation on PC is also here to reduce noise.

For the battery, SteelSeries claims that they can last for up to 60 hours on a full charge. It charges via USB-C and can already provide 6 hours of use in just 15 minutes of being plugged in.
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5 has an SRP of Php7,765 in the Philippines while the Nova 5P (PlayStation) and 5X (XBOX) retail for Php7,995.
