After months of leaks and rumors, Xiaomi has finally introduced its first electric vehicles, the Xiaomi SU7 and SU7 Max. Both models have intelligent and unified software and Xiaomi’s own HyperEngine.

The Xiaomi SU7 Max boasts a dual motor all-wheel drive with a top speed of 265km/h and can do 0-100km/h in just 2.78 seconds. It has a max horsepower of 673ps, a max torque of 838Nm, 33.3m 100-0km/h braking distance, and a battery range of up to 800km.

Meanwhile, the vanilla Xiaomi SU7 has a rear wheel drive with a 0-100km/h acceleration of 5.28 seconds, 210km/h top speed, 299ps horsepower, 400Nm of torque, 35.5m 100-0km/h braking distance, and a 668km battery range.

The SU7 uses a 101kwh CATL 800V battery and 800V HyperCharge. Smart features included adaptive ride control, adaptive aerodynamics, adaptive roll control in cornering, and adaptive flank.

Of course, it has an intelligent cabin and works with Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS, which unifies all its products from wearables, and smartphones, to vehicles. It’s an open platform with comprehensive refactoring, proactive intelligence, and end-to-end security.

It also has the brand’s Xiaomi Pilot technology that utilizes hardware such as an HD camera, Lidar, millimeter-wave radar, ultrasonic radar, IMU and GNSS, and high-performance processors. All of which are aided by an AI model for complete autonomous driving.

The Xiaomi SU7 is available in Mineral Gray, Aqua Blue, and Verdant Green, while the SU7 Max comes in Aqua Blue and Mineral Gray with five-spoke alloy wheels and Michelin tires. Official prices and availability details will be announced in 2024.
