A popular digital bank in the Philippines is getting a new identity. Formerly known as SeaBank Philippines, the digital banking institution is now operating under the name MariBank Philippines.
The shift is a strategic step to fully integrate the Philippine-based rural bank into its parent company’s global brand, MariBank Singapore Private Limited.
The MariBank Philippines has been quick to assure its users that the change is in name only. All existing accounts will remain active and secure, with no changes to how clients access their funds or use banking services. Customers are also assured that they can expect the same level of service from the current team, with no disruptions to their daily banking activities.
Along with the new name, the bank hinted at upcoming improvements. These future developments include a redesigned mobile application that will feature the fresh MariBank branding and new features.
