The streaming service sent out a notice to its users that they will be making changes to their services. For one, the Disney+ Mobile Plan will now be called the Basic Plan.

This new Disney+ Basic Plan now lets you download select content for offline watching on up to 3 mobile devices, create up to 7 profiles, and stream content at up to Full HD 1080p with Dolby Atmos.

You can use the Plan on phones, tablets, laptops, and TV.

For those added services, Disney is now charging Php90 extra as the Basic Plan now costs Php249 per month or Php1,990 annually.

But that’s not the only plan that’s getting a price hike. The Disney+ Premium Plan, which used to be Php369 per month, will now cost Php150 more at Php519 or Php4,190 per year.

Other than the price, nothing is new with the plan. It still can be used with up to 4 screens at a time and lets you stream at 4K Ultra HD resolution.

The new Disney Plus plan and prices will take effect starting April 24, 2024.
