AYANEO has introduced a new sub-brand KONKR, that aims to take on ANBERNIC and Retroid and will focus on budget-friendly handheld consoles. Their first product is called the Pocket Fit.

Full and detailed specs list for the KONKR Pocket Fit is yet to be announced. But AYANEO did confirm it will be powered by a Qualcomm chipset. Speculations point to the Qualcomm Snapdragon G2 Gen 2 chip that also powers the Retroid Pocket 6.

As for the design, it looks similar to the AYANEO Pocket S2 with its glass front and controller layout, albeit it has a more rounded appearance, ergonomic grips, and buttons on the back.

AYANEO also said it has a high refresh rate display, which could be at least 90Hz.

More details about the new KONKR Pocket Fit, including its battery life, charging, ports, and, more importantly, pricing, shall be announced soon, so stay tuned for that.
