Consumers who bought an iPhone 11 between November 2019 and May 2020 and found fault in their device’s touchscreen display are entitled to a free component replacement, courtesy of Apple.

The campaign comes as a result of the Cupertino-based company acknowledging a fault in their mass-produced iPhone 11 products, which were found to have unresponsive touch inputs—an issue rooting in the affected devices’ main display module.
