My sister and I applied for Philsys ID together last year, about August or September. We finished all the required processes. Last April, however, she already received her finished ID, but I haven’t received mine yet. We live in the same Subdivision but different street. On this basis, I should also be receiving my ID already by now, or two months ago. Because we applied on same date time and place and finished all the step by step processes. We live in the same Subdivision. It’s been eight (8) months already since… what could be the reason of the delay? I went through the Philsys tracking system to determine the status of my undelivered Philsys ID. The result was “not found”. I emailed Philpost and Philsys customer service, in accordance with the tracking instructions, found in the Philsys tracking system mechanisms. But I still have yet to receive a response, thereof. Please help. Thank you.

Mam /sir nung march 20 pa Po ako nakapag registered Ng aking national id bakit po hanggang Ngayon wala pa ang aking national id. Halos mag 1 year na po kng nag aply ng national Id until now wla padin July 14,2021 pa po sabi deliver check ko sa website not found meaning until now on process pa din.
