  1. My application is more than one year now and still status not found.
    Please advise if I have to apply for another ID.

  2. Going to the link provided does not help at all. Upon entering the transaction number and clicking the track button, does not give the status instead it requires you to send an email to different addresses for your inquiry. Your system should be user friendly that will provide results. Please bear in mind that not all users are computer savvy. Nine (9) months has passed and until now no updates whatsoever. If your software can’t provide immediate result then it is useless. Please make sure your system will make users happy the moment they access it.
